5. Brokerage Fees

Our standard brokerage structure (unless otherwise agreed in writing) is published on the website under Brokerage / Fee Schedule. In summary:

• Sale & Purchase: Up to ₹99 Lakh — 2% commission; ₹1 Crore & above — 1% commission
• Rent & Lease: 1-year lease — 15 days’ rent; 3-year lease — 1 month’s rent; 5-year lease — 2 months’ rent

Fees may vary for special mandates, joint dealings, or written agreements. Payment terms will be confirmed before closing a deal.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients (buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords) are responsible for:

• Conducting their own legal, financial, and physical due diligence
• Verifying ownership, encumbrances, licenses, and regulatory clearances
• Engaging qualified advocates / chartered accountants where needed
• Honouring agreed deposits, timelines, and documentation
